Terms of Use
These terms apply when you use ayelor.com. They govern the website itself — not any engagement, which is covered by its own signed agreement.
01Agreement
By using ayelor.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
02What this site is
This site describes Ayelor LLC and the work we do. Everything on it is general information for business audiences. It is not an offer, a quote, or a commitment to perform work, and nothing here creates a contract between us.
03No professional advice
Content on this site is not professional advice — not financial, legal, tax, accounting, investment, or regulatory advice — and must not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your circumstances.
Reading this site, emailing us, or booking a call does not create a client relationship. A relationship begins only when both parties sign a written agreement describing the scope.
04Booking a call
Scheduling is provided through Cal.com and is subject to their terms. An intro call is a conversation, not an engagement, and either of us may decide the work is not a fit. Please do not send confidential or sensitive material before an agreement is in place — information shared before then is not covered by any duty of confidentiality.
05Intellectual property
The content, design, text, graphics, logos, and marks on this site belong to Ayelor LLC or are used with permission, and are protected by intellectual-property law. You may view, download, and print pages for your own business evaluation.
You may not republish, sell, or commercially exploit the content, use our name or marks without written permission, or present the material as your own.
06Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site unlawfully or to facilitate anything unlawful
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or connected systems
- Interfere with the site’s operation, or introduce malicious code
- Scrape or harvest content or contact information for bulk solicitation
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us
07Third-party links and services
The site links to and embeds third-party services, including Cal.com. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
08Availability and accuracy
We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee either. Content may be changed or removed at any time without notice, and the site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
09Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ayelor LLC and its members, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities, arising out of your use of this site — whether based in contract, tort, or any other theory, and even if advised of the possibility.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
10Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Ayelor LLC harmless from claims, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.
11Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Texas will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
12Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do, and continuing to use the site means you accept the revised version.
