Database reactivation

SMS database reactivation for contractors.

Database reactivation is texting the leads you already paid for and never closed. Ayelor loads your old list, texts each person as your brand, has a real conversation, and books the ones who are ready into your calendar. You keep the list. Every message carries STOP. Dallas–Fort Worth, and nationwide, remote.

How it works

Eight steps, in this order.

Nothing here is a black box. If a step is skipped you will know, because the step after it cannot happen.

01
Agreement
One page: what we do, the fee, that you own your data, that either side can stop at any time, and that we text as your brand. A person signs it — that is the one step we do not automate.
02
Your list
Phone, first name, what they asked about, when they asked, and which form it came from. A CSV is enough. Two months of old leads is enough for a first test.
03
Carrier registration
Your legal name and EIN are filed with the US carriers as the sending brand (A2P 10DLC). Three to five business days. Nothing sends until it clears.
04
Your account
A sub-account with your calendar connected and your words loaded: the brand name, the first message, three follow-ups, the booking link.
05
Start
Manual, on your word, logged. It is never on autopilot.
06
The conversation
The assistant opens, asks about the old request, qualifies, answers what your own site already says, declines to quote by text, and offers two times.
07
Booked
The slot lands on your calendar, under the name of whoever on your team takes it.
08
Report
Replies, qualified, booked, showed, invoiced. Weekly, to you.
What it will not do

Each of these is a lock in the code rather than a line in a brochure — the message does not leave if the condition is not met.

The locks
  • No bought lists — Only people who contacted you, through your own forms, with a date we can point at.
  • No price by text — The assistant does not quote. It answers what your own website already says, and offers a time instead.
  • Nothing before registration — No message leaves until the carriers have approved your brand as the sender.
  • No autopilot — A person presses start. Every message in and out is a logged row.
  • STOP ends it — Honoured on the message it arrives in, confirmed once, and that number is not texted again.
Work we turn down
  • Interest-based lending — Mortgage, auto finance, payday lending and insurance brokerage are permanently off the list. Reactivating an interest loan is selling interest.
  • Alcohol and gambling — Same standing rule. It is not a capacity question.
Who it is for

Four signals. Three of them and the list is worth working.

The signals
  • A list you already paid for — Quotes, consults and form fills that went quiet. Old is the point — what changed since they asked is the timing, not the need.
  • Leads arriving out of hours — Nobody picks up the form fill at 9pm. The assistant answers it.
  • No two-way texting today — Your system stores the lead. It does not talk to it.
  • A team that cannot get to them — After two days untouched, an old lead is dead to a sales team. Those are the ones this works on.

Phone line, front desk
About those two numbers

They are AI receptionists. Call them.

The first is set up as the front desk of an HVAC shop; the second is Ayelor's own front desk. Both answer, triage and book. Neither is a recording, and neither is a person.

We would rather you call a line and judge it than read an adjective about it.

Questions

What contractors ask first.

What is SMS database reactivation?
Texting the leads a business already paid for and never closed — old quotes, consults and form fills — to find the ones whose timing has changed, and booking those into the calendar. The messages go out as the business's own brand, not as an agency's.
Is texting my own old leads legal in the United States?
The texts leave as your brand, registered with the US carriers in your legal name and EIN (A2P 10DLC) with Ayelor as the secondary party. Only people who contacted you are texted. STOP is honoured on arrival. The list stays in your account and you can export or delete it at any time. If your records cannot show when and how a person asked you to contact them, that person is not texted.
How old can the leads be?
Old is the point. A lead that went quiet eighteen months ago is a person whose timing has changed since they asked. What we need from the record is the date and the form, not a recent one.
How long before the first text goes out?
Three to five business days, which is the carrier registration of your brand. That wait is not us being slow — nothing can legally send before it clears, and we will not pretend otherwise.
What does it cost?
Ayelor publishes no prices, on this page or anywhere on this site. The number is set on the call, after we have seen the size and age of your list. The first call is free, and we will say when the work is not worth doing.
Do I have to leave my CRM?
No. Keep it. This works the leads your system is currently storing, and the booked appointment lands on the calendar you already use.
What exactly do you need from me?
A CSV with five columns: phone, first name, what they asked about, when they asked, and which form it came from. Your legal name and EIN for the carrier registration. Your calendar. One signature.
Which trades do you do this for?
Nineteen have a sample conversation built and ready to read: chiropractic, dental implants, fencing, foundation repair, garage doors, gyms, hair restoration, hvac, invisalign, lasik, med spa, pest control, physical therapy, plumbing, pools, remodeling, roofing, solar, windows & doors. All nineteen are here. A trade that is not on the list is not a problem; the engine does not care what the trade is, only that the list is real.
Which work will you not take?
Mortgage, auto finance, payday lending, insurance brokerage, alcohol and gambling. Permanently, and not for want of capacity.

Call the front desk and ask it.

Or send your question to connect@ayelor.com. The first call is free and we will say when the work is not worth doing.
