Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Ayelor LLC collects when you use ayelor.com, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

01Who we are

Ayelor LLC(“Ayelor”, “we”, “us”) is an advisory and execution firm based in Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas, operating nationwide. We are the controller of the personal information described here.

Questions about this policy or your information: [email protected] or 972-440-4123.

02What we collect

Information you give us. When you book a call, send an email, or telephone us, we receive what you choose to provide — typically your name, email address, company, phone number, and whatever you tell us about your situation. Booking is handled by Cal.com and includes any answers you give on the booking form.

Information collected automatically. When a page is requested, our host records standard server logs: IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, referring page, and timestamp. We also use analytics to understand how the site is used — which pages are visited, how visitors arrive, and how the site performs. This is used in aggregate to improve the site, not to build a profile of you as an individual.

We do not collect payment card details through this website, and we do not ask for sensitive categories of personal information.

03Cookies and similar technologies

We may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, keep it secure, remember basic preferences, and measure how the site is used. Analytics of this kind is aggregated and tells us things like which pages are read and how visitors found us.

We do not use cookies for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we do not sell the data they generate.

When you open the booking window, Cal.com loads in an overlay and may set cookies or similar storage necessary for scheduling to function. That processing is governed by Cal.com’s privacy policy.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking them may stop parts of the site, including booking, from working properly.

04Why we use it

  • To respond to you and to hold the meeting you booked
  • To provide and scope services you ask about
  • To operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website and our systems
  • To meet legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

05Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract, for the purposes above:

  • Vercel — website hosting and server logs
  • Cal.com — scheduling (https://cal.com/ayelor/30min)
  • Our analytics provider — aggregated site usage measurement
  • Our email and calendar provider — correspondence and meeting invitations

We may also disclose information where required by law, or to establish or defend legal claims.

06How long we keep it

Enquiries and booking records are kept for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the relationship, and then for as long as required for legal and tax purposes. Server logs are retained for a short period for security and diagnostics. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

07Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing.

Texas residents. The Texas Data Privacy and Security Act gives you rights to confirm whether we process your personal data, access and correct it, request deletion, obtain a portable copy, and opt out of sale or targeted advertising. We do not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising. You may appeal a refused request by replying to our response.

To exercise any right, email [email protected]. We will not discriminate against you for making a request.

08Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to a firm of our size, including reputable hosting and access control on the systems that hold client information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

09Children

This site is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10Changes

We will update this policy when our practices change and will revise the effective date at the top. Material changes will be reflected here before the change takes effect.
