FAQ
The questions that come up first.
Answered the way we would answer them on a call. If yours is not here, [email protected] reaches us directly.
- Do you only work with businesses of a certain size?
- No. We work with newly formed, growing, and long established businesses. The constraint is never headcount — it is whether the problem is real and whether someone inside has the authority to act on the answer. If nobody can give access, data, and a decision, the engagement will not work regardless of company size.
- Do you just advise, or do you actually build it?
- We build it. The deliverable is a working system, process, or report — not a strategy deck handed to someone else to execute. We diagnose, design, build, implement, and where it makes sense we stay on and keep it running.
- What does an engagement cost?
- It depends on shape, and we scope before quoting. A business diagnostic is short and defined. A focused project is one thing built and handed over. An integrated program pulls in two or three practices at once. Ongoing support is agreed up front with a fixed scope. The first call is free and we will tell you if the work is not worth doing.
- How is this different from hiring a consultant?
- Most consultants sell one discipline, so every problem tends to resolve into the thing they sell. We work across marketing, automation, operations, finance, and data, which means we can tell you the growth problem is actually a process problem — and then fix that instead.
- You describe yourselves as AI-native. What does that mean in practice?
- It means AI is in how we work and in what we build, not a line on the invoice. Practically: the repetitive parts of an engagement move faster, and where automation fits your business we build it rather than recommending someone else does. A person still approves anything that touches money or a customer.
- How quickly can you start?
- A first call is usually within the week. A diagnostic can start shortly after. Larger builds depend on scope and access — getting into your systems and data is normally the slow part, not our availability.
