Environmental consulting & engineering

AI automation for environmental consulting and engineering firms.

Environmental firms lose the same four hours every week: taking work in, turning field data into a report, tracking permits and deadlines, and telling a client where their project stands. Ayelor builds those four as working systems rather than advice about them. This practice is led by Dr. Mohamed Elansary, PhD Environmental Engineering.

What we build

Four systems. Each one is a thing that runs, with a person still accountable for what it produces.

The four
  • Intake — Every enquiry, site, sample and scope captured once, in one place, already carrying the fields a proposal will need.
  • Report drafting from field data — Field sheets, lab results and photographs assembled into your own report template, with the gaps marked as gaps. A licensed person reviews and signs.
  • Permit and deadline tracking — Every permit, submittal and reporting deadline on one clock, with the alert going to the person who can act on it rather than to everyone.
  • Client portals — The client sees where their project stands without sending an email asking, and your project manager stops answering that email.
Where the line is
  • We do not seal — Ayelor is not a licensed engineering firm. A licensed professional on your side approves anything that leaves the office.
  • We do not invent data — A missing result is shown as missing. A draft never fills a gap with something plausible.
  • We do not replace your stack — The usual first fix is making the systems you already pay for pass data to each other.
  • We do not publish client names — Not yours, and not anyone else's. There are no logos on this site for that reason.
How the work runs

Diagnose, design, build, implement, operate.

The same five phases as every other Ayelor engagement. What is specific to this sector is what gets looked at in the first one.

01
Diagnose
Where the week actually goes: intake, drafting, review, chasing a deadline, answering a client who wants a status.
02
Design
The smallest system that removes the largest repeated hour, and who stays accountable for its output.
03
Build
Built here, against your real templates and your real data, not a demo dataset.
04
Implement
Run alongside the manual process until the manual process is the slower one. Then switch.
05
Operate and improve
Kept running, where that is what you want. Handed over cleanly, where it is not.

Questions

What these firms ask first.

What can actually be automated in an environmental consulting firm?
Four things, reliably: taking work in, assembling a draft report from field and lab data, tracking permits and deadlines, and telling a client where their project stands. What cannot be automated is the judgement in between, and we do not pretend otherwise.
Does the AI write the report?
It assembles the draft — field sheets, lab results, photographs and boilerplate into your own template, with the gaps marked as gaps. A person on your side reads it, corrects it and signs it. Nothing leaves your office unreviewed.
Will you sign or seal engineering work?
No. Ayelor is not a licensed engineering firm and does not offer to be one. A licensed professional on your side reviews and approves anything that leaves the office. Automation drafts; it does not certify.
Who leads this work?
Dr. Mohamed Elansary, PhD Environmental Engineering.
Do we have to replace the systems we already use?
Usually not. Most of the lost time in these firms is in the gaps between systems that already work — the field app, the lab portal, the template, the deadline spreadsheet. The first job is to make them pass data to each other instead of someone copying it by hand.
What does it cost?
Ayelor publishes no prices. The shape is scoped first: a short diagnostic, one focused project, a program across two or three practices, or ongoing support at a fixed agreed scope. The first call is free.
